I’m Jill, a Registered Nurse and Reiki Master with over 20 years of experience supporting people through physical and emotional stress. These sessions are designed to help your body settle so you can feel clearer and more grounded.
What I Offer
I use a blend of Reiki, gentle craniosacral work, and simple grounding practices to help your body settle and your nervous system reset.
Sessions may include:
• light-touch or no-touch Reiki
• very gentle craniosacral techniques
• simple breathwork and relaxation tools
• grounding and body awareness
You’ll remain fully clothed throughout the session. Everything is gentle, trauma-informed, and tailored to your comfort.
